Tracey McShane is the beautiful longtime wife of actor, TV host, political commentator, writer and producer Jon Stewart.
Tracey’s husband, known for hosting The Daily Show on Comedy Central form 1999 until 2015 –is now grabbing headlines for his support to president Trump.
The 56-year-old New York native who is considered one of America’s top social and comedic voices, told the Daily News “The Trump Justice Department is doing a good job running the Sept. 11 Victim Compensation Fund”
The best-selling author and Emmy award winning host made his directorial and screenwriting debut with the feature film Rosewater back in 2014. He has numerous credits on TV and films and has graced the cover of numerous magazines including Newsweek, Rolling Stone, New York Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, GQ, among others.
He’s been happily married to wife, Tracey for nearly two decades.
Tracey Lynn McShane met her future husband in the late 90’s after she was set up on a blind date with him. The two have been married since 2000 and dated for about two years prior to tying the knot. He announced their engagement in 1999 on The View.
Together they are the proud parents of two children. Tracey and Jon welcomed a, son, Nathan Thomas Stewart on July 3, 2004. Two years later in 2006 the couple welcomed second child, daughter, Maggie Rose Stewart.
Tracey who now goes by Tracey Lynn Stewart, was born August 6, 1967 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The brunette was originally a graphic designer but changed her career to become a veterinary technician. She went back to school shortly after Jon took over hosting The Daily Show.
Tracey who worked for a while at the Bronx Zoo –is also the founder Moomah The Magazine and the author of the #1 New York Times bestseller Do Unto Animals: A Friendly Guide to How Animals Live, and How We Can Help Make Their Lives Better. The wife and mom of two is known for her work as an animal advocate.
